RETURN/ REFUND and EXEMPTION POLICY
Body butters cannot be returned or refunded. Body butters are NOT shipped during summer months ( MAY- AUGUST ) to preserve the nature of the product. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at purelumebygarner@gmail.com  immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
